  • Should I become an RTO? Only RTOs can deliver qualifications from the Australian Nationally Recognised Training Packages. These packages are listed on training.gov.au.
  • Why use an RTO Consultant? An experienced consultant ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, saving you time and avoiding costly mistakes. Check their credentials, client history, and testimonials to ensure you’re working with the best. A Cheap RTO Consultant is false value. There are may who call themselves RTO consultants who's qualifications and experience amount to doing some compliance work in 1 or 2 RTOs. compliance work and the ability to give relevant advices and strategies are worlds apart.

The principle consultant for SRC has decades of experience, completed 100s of audits and compliance operations, 100% always gained the best possible outcome at every audit, often with zero non-compliances and never failed to meet noncompliance rectifications.   SRC has  a 100% strike rate with ASQA.  internal reviews, auspiced conditional trading agreements and multiple attendances with 100% success in Court representing RTOs interests against ASQA. SRC is also recognised by the AAT as an expert witness.

Why is SRC different to other RTO Consultants?

The most telling point of difference between SRC and the run of the mill RTO consultant is our focus on transferring skills and knowledge to the RTO. We're quite happy to do the work for you especially when the need is urgent, however longer term we transfer the skills needed to keep your compliance up to date and ahead of the pack. Long term this makes your RTO more stable, efficient and self-reliant, plus it's also much cheaper. 

 

SRC Does not advertise.  You won't find SRC advertising, discounting, pushing special offers or desperately clambering for clients.  All of our clients come from referrals from existing happy clients where we have fulfilled our promises.  In fact, if you happen upon this website and contact SRC hoping to engage us, you will need to traverse a thorough onboarding process. 

 

Part of our promise to clients is that we will add value to your business in predicable and measurable ways. And likewise, part of our arrangement will be that your organization adds value to SRC.  SRC is not particularly cheap although we are not the most expensive. We focus on value and charge based on the complexity and importance of the job, not how many hours it takes. We do not charge on success either. There are too many uncontrollable variables and unknowable elements to make this a viable option. We rest on our past successes. 

 

SRC does not charge by the hour or even by the day.  SRC does not charge on outcome. There are multitudes of variable too far out of the control of SRC to make this type of arrangement viable. We charge for our experience and the difference that this experience brings to your business. Unfortunately due to factors outside of SRC or the RTO control things can go wrong. As an example, an ASQA audit may only take 4 hours in front of a Zoom session  However, to get the best possible outcome from that audit, SRC brings to bear: 2 decades of experience, 100s of previous successful audits, experience at every level of RTO operations, unrivalled expertise with regulatory legislation and policy. This acumen is the basis for best value.  You are charged a fair and reasonable consideration for the decades, not the 4 hours. The SRC difference is, on the rare occasion things may go wrong, we know how to put it right.
